The Yale Blue Moon is super common amongst climbers for a reason. . I use it doing MRS. Works well and has held up using natural crotches. 11. 7 is a really good size. Would highly recommend.

Q: How does it hold up to natural crotch? Climb on a zigzag and using Samson Hawkeye now. Won't something smother that will handel natural crotch

A: Blue moon is a durable rope, but any 24 strand line will deteriorate pretty quickly under daily use without the use of a friction saver.

A: It is a Polyester rope. Prolonged UV damages everything. You should always inspect a rope before critical use.
